It happens in the grocery line, in the pew behind you, at the post office — Dawn J. walked in and “immediately saw heads turning.” Somebody reads the front, looks up, and asks. You don’t start the conversation. She does.

Before you pick
The handbag on this page is premium vegan leather — smooth, lightweight, wipes clean. Not cowhide, and we say so. If only real hide will do, every design is also made in top-grain Italian leather on its own product page.
Carla Parris, verified review: “I received the vegan leather and it feels soft. I’m not even sure I would be able to tell the difference between the genuine and this one, but I will definitely be ordering again.”
Plainly: it’s a printed panel on vegan leather, and vegan leather asks to be wiped, not scrubbed. A damp cloth, no harsh cleaners, and don’t leave her in a hot car. If the print arrives with a flaw, that is ours to fix — 30 days to send her back, and when the fault is ours the shipping is too.

From the USA. In-stock pieces leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, Eastern time); a few designs are pre-order and show their batch window in the picker above. Delivery is 2–8 business days by the speed you choose at checkout. A mixed order ships as each piece is ready, so a pre-order never holds up the pieces already in stock.
30 days from delivery to return or exchange, unused and in the original packaging. Return shipping is on you unless the mistake was ours.
