I wanted to love my bag

I received my bag today and there was a dirty dryer sheet in the bag. There are also sticky stuff on the handles along with the leather being chipped. I was so excited to receive my bag until I wasn’t. The way these bags are advertised and marketed, I definitely was expecting better quality especially for the price. I am disappointed, so more than likely I will be returning. I was going to purchase another one of a bigger size but after seeing this, I’m all set.
